Day two was much nicer than day one. It was cloudy and cool but no rain and pleasant to ride in. The day started out once more with the hunters playing, first under saddles and then jumping. Everyone did well getting ribbons once more. Christine ended up getting Reserve Champion on Lacey who she was riding for Pam for training, Pam did well as well placing in her under saddle, and over fences she rode very well (the course I saw at least). Balou was excellent (as always). Minuet was better than yesterday, much more relaxed.
Jumper land saw an awesome and effortless round by Smartie and Christine in the Grand Prix field. Marissa and Santa Fe put in a couple of good rounds, 4 faults in one and placing in another. Jill was feeling better ending up with 4 faults in her second round after having to ride the tail off Ally who didn't really want to play.
