Day One of Thunderbird

Rain.


That's it.

Pam, Christine and I had the pleasure of showing in the rain this morning.  A nice heavy drizzly type rain.  Added to this delightful rain was a nice cool breeze.  Can you sense the sarcasm??


We all ended up with ribbons despite the weather.  We also ended up cold, wet and somewhat grumpy.  Thankfully Lisa was there with some hot soup and chili which hit the spot. 


Jill was feeling ill though her horse was feeling better so they reversed roles this week (poor Jill).  Santa Fe is behaving much better than last week and Marissa ended up winning a class.  The weather made the footing a bit slippery so Smartie had the day off.
