Good things and terrible things happened today. I will tell about the good, and leave the bad for when we get back, we want to keep the moods happy, as happy as we can. Lets just say Molly isn't riding Andy anymore, and we were able to get Donna (who came up today with Yogi) to bring Aussie for her to ride.
The day started out in jumperland where Emily, Georgi, Jenna, Christine, and Natalie started us off in the 0.85m clear round. Minuet thought this was a step up from hunterland and was pretty excited to gallop around and jump the colorful jumps, her jumper debut went well. Santa Fe did a great round but pulled a shoe and Jenna had to spend the rest of the day trying to find his shoe and get it put it back on. Tiki was a good girl and did everything Natalie asked her to do. Archie and Osbourne weren't sure if they wanted to play in jumperland. Once the 0.85m were done the 1.00m started with Sarah and Terryn doing their job just right. Freddy jumped around with his eyes bugging but jumped everything without hesitation. Louis knows what his job is and galloped around the jumper ring easily.
Hunterland started out roughly but the best part was listening to Debbie and CaroleAnn after doing their schooling rounds. Those ladies rocked it on Reddi and Key and had so much fun!! Natalie and myself did great rounds as well and with the four of us Christine wondered if we had 'peaked' too early. Osbourne and Archie thought they were still in jumperland and weren't sure if they wanted to play. But things got better and it ended well for all.
The only real class today (sorry jumpers I don't think clear rounds count as 'real' classes) was Christine's 1.20m class and Smartie and Christine were on fire and ended up in 6th place!
Everyone shows in classes tomorrow and hopefully the day goes much better!
